Victor’s Complete Streets initiative is more than a transportation planning project—it’s an opportunity to establish a long-term framework that improves safety, accessibility, connectivity, and community vitality while preserving the character that makes Victor one of Colorado’s most unique mountain communities.
At BHI, we believe successful transportation planning begins with understanding how a community functions today, engaging the people who know it best, and developing practical solutions that can be implemented over time.
