The facility where learning takes place is an important key in the learning process. CES is a member-owned agency that operates under a Joint Powers Agreement authorized by the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration. CES provides purchasing leverage to New Mexico Colleges, universities, charter schools, state schools, BIA institutions, public school districts and municipalities, counties and government agencies, acquisition of required services, supplies, and equipment.
