Roswell has a passionate community of skateboarders, roller skaters, BMX bikers, scooters, wheelchairs, and more. To address this passion, as well as to contribute to economic growth, recreational opportunities, tourism, and quality of life, the City of Roswell is spearheading the effort to design a new regional skate complex.

BHI assembled a team of professionals (including pro skateboarders from American Ramp Company!) to select a site and design the 1.3-acre complex, that includes a 36,000 SF skate park, a 5,500 SF pump track, and a 14,700 SF roller derby. Features also include parking/sidewalk connections, drainage and landscape areas, lighting/fencing/security, and a future restroom/pavilion area.

The City has received a $450k grant award and is seeking additional funding to move the project forward.
