Nine Promoted to Vice President

Bohannan Huston, Inc. (BHI) announced nine leadership promotions last week. Each of these individuals brings specialized expertise to BHI’s leadership team.

Glenn Broughton, PE, LEED AP; Brian Cosbey; Nick Davis, PE; Sarah Ganley, PE; Yolanda Moyer, PE; Kevin Murtagh, PE; Nathan Roberts, PE; Juan Samaniego, PE; and Eric Wrage, PE, PTOE were promoted to Vice Presidents in each of their respective departments.

Glenn Broughton, PE, LEED AP | Community Development

Glenn has focused his career on civil engineering for site development projects in New Mexico. His experience ranges from design-build governmental support and federal facility site design, to healthcare and educational facilities. He is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional. Glenn has been with BHI for 20 years.

Brian Cosbey | Business Development

Since joining the firm, Brian has been engaged in refining proposal development processes, implementing best practices, and facilitating business development efforts to capture new work for the company. Brian currently leads BHI’s team of proposal managers and marketing staff. Brian has been with BHI for 12 years.

Nick Davis, PE |  Structural Engineering

During his time at BHI, Nick has led design projects with a focus on implementation of new and upgraded processes and buildings for educational, military, laboratory, industrial, and manufacturing facilities. His expertise in coordinating, designing, and detailing structural systems includes building and non-building structures that support mechanical, electrical, and process equipment and components used within industrial and manufacturing facilities. Nick has been with BHI for 15 years.

Sarah Ganley, PE | Water Resources: Surface Water

Sarah brings a wide range of expertise to BHI’s Surface Water leadership team. Her Environmental and Water Resources experience has focused on program management and compliance, water quality, and hydrology and hydraulics. An expert in MS4 compliance, she has provided innovative MS4 stormwater project support to BHI’s clients in New Mexico. Sarah has been with BHI for 14 years.

Yolanda Moyer, PE | Community Development

Yolanda has extensive and in-depth knowledge of civil engineering design for private-sector site development projects with a focus on residential community development. She brings invaluable technical experience to the Community Development team for designing sustainable communities. Her wide range of experience covers all aspects of civil design, including roadways, sanitary and storm sewer, grading, drainage, utilities, and more. Yolanda has been with BHI for 21 years.

Kevin Murtagh, PE |  Construction Engineering

Kevin’s industry experience covers both engineering design and construction. His leadership as a project manager and construction observer offers BHI’s clients a well-rounded view of site layout, utility, roadway, and drainage design. As a leader in the Construction Engineering group, this translates to a strong eye for detail to ensure projects are constructed in compliance with the plans and specifications. Kevin has been with BHI for 16 years.

Nathan Roberts, PE | Water Resources: Water Systems

Nathan’s career includes water systems modeling, master planning, and design. As one of BHI’s lead water modeling engineers, he quickly identifies and understands system operations to assist BHI’s clients in managing and operating their utilities. Nathan is active in professional associations and regularly presents BHI’s work at local and national conferences. Nathan has been with BHI for 10 years.

Juan Samaniego, PE | Construction Engineering

Juan’s civil engineering experience ranges from planning and design through construction. Juan has gained broad design experience from his work in several BHI departments, including Municipal Engineering, Traffic and Transportation, Water Resources, and Construction Engineering. Using his multidisciplinary design and construction experience, he offers a whole-project perspective to the Construction Engineering leadership team. Juan has been with BHI for 14 years.

Eric Wrage, PE, PTOE | Traffic & Transportation

Eric is BHI’s in-house traffic modeling and analysis expert in the Traffic & Transportation group. His expertise lies in conducting traffic studies and analyses for a variety of clients. Eric develops innovative solutions to improve overall transportation system performance and helps clients visualize potential improvements to their systems. Eric has been with BHI for 22 years.
