Exciting news from Bohannan Huston! We’re pleased to announce the promotions of Roy Gibson and Sarah Ganley to Senior Vice Presidents and Managing Partners. Elaine Pickering has also advanced to Vice President. Additionally, we’re happy to welcome David Wilson to the company as a Vice President in Traffic & Transportation. These individuals bring specialized expertise to BHI’s leadership team and their departments.

Roy Gibson, PE
Roy Glenn Gibson has been with BHI for 22 years with over a decade dedicated to the Traffic and Transportation team. His diverse, multidisciplinary skills encompass major transportation studies, planning, and design, as well as minor municipal civil projects for counties, cities, and tribal communities. Roy specializes in traffic and transportation project development from conception to completion for our DOT and municipal clients.
Roy is a steadfast and reliable team member for his peers at BHI. While his cool-headed demeanor is surely appreciated during times of stress, Roy is also a friend who’s not afraid to have a little fun. His presence at conferences and sports tournaments always brings out the fun side of people, and we are lucky to have Roy play on BHI’s team. Congratulations, Roy!
Sarah Ganley, PE
Sarah Ganley brings a wide range of expertise to BHI’s Surface Water leadership team. Her Environmental and Water Resources experience has focused on program management and compliance, water quality, and hydrology and hydraulics. An expert in MS4 compliance, she has provided innovative MS4 stormwater project support to BHI’s clients in New Mexico. Sarah has been with BHI for 19 years.
Sarah is a valued mentor to those who work with her. She works tirelessly to meet and exceed client expectations, and is highly dedicated to her teams. She is an incredible source of knowledge and offers endless support to everyone around her. Her cheerful demeanor and true kindness makes her a joy to be around. Congratulations, Sarah!
Elaine Pickering, PE
Elaine is an aviation engineer within BHI’s Aviation group, bringing a wealth of experience that is vital for modern airports, which are much more than just runways and taxiways. Her extensive municipal, commercial, industrial, and residential land development engineering background enriches her contributions to the team and our clients. She brings over 30 years of experience to her current role providing guidance and assistance to our clients with their air-side and land-side airport projects, from CIP planning through construction and grant closeout throughout the state.
David Wilson, PE
We are delighted to welcome David Wilson to our team as a Vice President in our Traffic & Transportation division. With an impressive 30 years of experience in developing and constructing small and large transportation projects across rural and urban environments, David Wilson has a proven track record of excellence. He has contributed to many significant public sector projects in New Mexico. His professional experience spans design, project management, public outreach, and the oversight of transportation projects. His skills and experience align perfectly with Bohannan Huston’s mission to provide extraordinary service and quality.
David has been a trusted colleague to many at BHI before his recent start here, and he has a reputation for being knowledgeable, reliable, and having a broad range of experience. He has dived into project work already, and his support in T&T is appreciated. BHI is looking forward to learning more about David and is excited that he is now part of our incredible team.
