Paul Dugie joins the Bohannan Huston Las Cruces Office
Bohannan Huston, Inc., (BHI) is pleased to announce that Paul Dugie, PE, CFM, has joined its Las Cruces office. Mr. Dugie brings 18 years of experience serving as the former Executive Director of the Doña Ana County Flood Commission. Prior to that, Mr. Dugie worked at the City of Las Cruces Public Works within the Hydraulic Engineering Department for over 7 years. At both positions, he worked closely with federal, state and local agencies to represent his constituents in both voicing and addressing their floodplain issues. Mr. Dugie is a 1991 graduate of New Mexico State University and currently serves as Region 2 Director of the New Mexico Floodplain Managers Association.
BHI President Bruce Stidworthy welcomed Mr. Dugie to BHI and praised his reputation and experience as a recognized drainage engineer, stating, “Paul Dugie brings a thorough knowledge of drainage issues in Southern New Mexico. This includes not only technical issues, but also a wealth of knowledge regarding regulatory and funding requirements that will serve local communities and governmental organizations very well.” Stidworthy continued, “We look forward to the contributions Paul will make as he helps us serve our clients, especially in Southern New Mexico.”
