Bohannan Huston Welcomes Senior Geomorphologist/Hydraulic Engineer, Stuart Trabant
Stu Trabant Joins the Bohannan Huston Denver Office
Bohannan Huston, Inc., (BHI) is pleased to announce that Stuart Trabant, PE, has joined the Surface Water team. Stu brings over 20 years of hydraulic engineering and engineering geomorphology experience to the BHI team. Stu has completed projects throughout the United States and internationally involving a broad range of stream types and physical environments.
He has design, analysis and project management experience for a wide variety of stream and river planning, assessment, and restoration design projects. The projects have had a focus on habitat improvement, municipal development, flood conveyance, irrigation and agriculture, recreation, flood damage recovery, mine reclamation, water quality, and more.
An accomplished technical writer, he has authored, co-authored and presented research findings and technical analyses at numerous professional conferences. Stu earned a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Hydraulics) from Colorado State University in Fort Collins. Prior to joining BHI, Stu worked as a project manager and hydraulic engineer for an international engineering firm.
