As a Senior Vice President of Water Resources at Bohannan Huston, Inc., Alandren brings 13 years of experience leading water resources analysis, planning, and design projects in New Mexico, Colorado, and Texas. She continues to be a pioneer in Bohannan Huston’s GIS initiative, developing GIS and leveraging tools to streamline our approach to project work. She has a passion for technology and GIS applications in engineering, and she excels at finding creative solutions to water resources challenges.
As a group leader, she is an advocate for training and mentoring young engineers and interns. This annual awards program honors 20 individuals under 40 years of age in each of ENR’s ten regions who have shown extraordinary leadership and service throughout their careers. Firms from the ENR Southwest region (Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico) submitted 35 entries into this year’s contest. The entries were then judged by three primary criteria: industry experience and education; career and industry leadership; and community service and involvement.
