We’re proud to announce that Bohannan Huston has been awarded yet another Top Workplaces honor. This time we’ve ranked at the National level! These recognitions come from the results of the Energage survey that our employees completed and are a great reflection of our continued efforts to make BHI a great place to work! Top Workplaces USA celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees that have built great cultures.

In 2022, BHI ranked #4 in the midsize business category (140-499 employees) for the Top Workplaces Regional program in New Mexico. In addition to the category ranking, Bohannan Huston was honored with three national-level recognition awards for Culture Excellence – Leadership, Compensation & Benefits, and Purpose & Values. BHI was also a special award recipient for Appreciation. Top Workplaces special award recipients are chosen based on standout scores for employee responses to specific survey statements.

Achieving Top Workplace status is truly an honor. Over 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the national survey, and the Top Workplaces USA winners are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few.
