The Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA) is a multi-utility service provider for the Navajo Nation residents in Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah. The new NTUA office complex sits on a 60-acre site and offers an office building, a training center, 29 staff housing units, apartment units, a playground and clubhouse, a photovoltaic system, access roads, and ample parking.

The BHI team provided support for the master planning of this campus. Site analysis and drainage analysis were critical to determine the most efficient layout and identify potential drainage issues. The master plan level tasks included: grading and drainage plans, sustainable water harvesting features, conceptual water, sewer, and storm drain plans, cost estimates, and a traffic impact analysis.
