The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) made the decision to transition from an AutoCAD platform to Bentley Systems’ MicroStation and InRoads products. This required the development of new CAD and engineering resources, workflows, training and custom programming. Because BHI has years of experience with software transitions, migrations and interconnectivity with many software products including both AutoCAD and MicroStation, we were selected to provide these services to CDOT.
