Albuquerque Journal Names Bohannan Huston a Top Workplaces 2022 Award Winner
We’re proud to announce that the Albuquerque Journal has awarded Bohannan Huston a Top Workplaces honor. BHI ranked #4 in the midsize business category (140-499 employees). In addition to the ranking, Bohannan Huston was honored with three national-level recognition awards for Culture Excellence – Leadership, Compensation & Benefits, and Purpose & Values. BHI was also a special award recipient for appreciation. Top Workplaces special award recipients were chosen based on standout scores for employee responses to specific survey statements.
These recognitions come from the results of the Energage survey that our employees recently completed and are a great reflection of the continued efforts we put forward to make BHI a great place to work! The regional list was formally announced on June 27th, in a special section of The Albuquerque Journal, and the national Cultural Excellence awards were announced on April 27.
Achieving Top Workplace status is truly an honor — only 55 companies made this year’s list. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey several months ago. 174 employees participated (a 76% response rate), and we thank you for your input! The survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few.
