Bohannan Huston Named One of New Mexico's Best Places To Work For Second Year in a Row

12/12/2008 - For a second year in a row, Bohannan Huston has been named one of New Mexico's Best Places to Work! Companies were classified as Small (6 to 25 employees), Medium (26 to 150 employees), and Large (more than 150 employees), and were ranked by employee survey scores compiled by Quantum Market Research and promoted by the New Mexico Business Journal. Bohannan Huston placed Tenth in the Top 10 Large Companies.

The survey was based on a measurement of 38 attributes known to drive employee engagement. The questions were in 10 categories: team effectiveness, retention risk, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, work engagement, and people practices. Quoting Brian Burnett when asked about the best reasons to work at BHI, he stated, “Bohannan Huston has wonderful people, great clients, and is privileged to have the opportunity to work on challenging and important projects for our state and region.”
