BHI Attains Microsoft Gold Partner Certification
October 28, 2009 - Recently, Bohannan Huston attained the Microsoft Gold Partner Status in the Microsoft Partner Program with competency in Networking Infrastructure Solutions, Information Worker Solutions, and Small Business Solutions. Gold Certified Partners represent the highest level of competence and expertise with Microsoft technologies and is awarded to less than five percent of all solutions providers. This top-tier designation requires the company to earn 120 Microsoft Partner points to achieve certification. Ways the points are earned include: Becoming experts in at least one of several fields, Individuals with the organization become certified professions, Sales which are measured in Microsoft Licenses sold to our clients, and Customer Satisfaction Index based on Microsoft compiled surveys sent to our clients.
BHI has expertise in three of the eight areas and is on track to add two more areas of expertise in the coming year. Our Customer Satisfaction Index ratings are consistently in the upper quartile. Individual certifications held by our staff include: MCSE - Microsoft Certified System Engineer, MCNPS - Microsoft Certified Network Product Specialist, MCPS - Microsoft Certified Product Specialist and MCTS - Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist.
MIcrosoft Gold Partners receive a set of benefits including access to training and support. Bohannan Huston's Gold Partner replaces its previous Certified Partner designation.
